Family Constellations
There are invisible threads that weave us long before our birth. Silent bonds, woven from forgotten stories, ancient wounds, and unfinished loves. Often, we move forward without seeing these ties, yet they influence our steps, our choices, and our silences.
The Family constellations offer a space to bring these hidden dynamics to light. They reveal what is at play behind the unspoken, what repeats from one generation to the next. During a session, movements come to life, carried by the energy of the group. What weighed heavily becomes visible, and what hindered finds a path to release.
It is a profound journey, sometimes overwhelming, but always guided by truth and love. Here, everyone finds their place, with greater lightness and authenticity.
If something within you is calling for change, if a blockage seems to whisper a story older than your own… then perhaps it’s time to listen.
Who is it for?
Family constellations are for those who feel stuck, caught in a never-ending loop, or sense a connection to something invisible.
- For those who seek to free themselves from family patterns that still weigh on their present.
- For those who wish to find their rightful place within their family, their relationship, and their life.
- For those who feel an emotional, relational, or professional blockagewithout understanding its origin.
- For those who are simply curious to explore what connects them to their lineage,to honor and soothe the inherited legacies.
Constellations are not a ready-made answer but but an invitation to see differently, to feel differently… and to allow a new harmony to emerge.
« Dans les constellations, nous travaillons avec quelque chose de plus vaste. Ce n’est pas l’intellect qui guide, mais un champ de conscience. Une sagesse à l’œuvre qui révèle ce qui agit dans l’ombre, souvent depuis des générations. Ce que nous faisons, c’est regarder. Regarder avec le cœur, sans jugement. Alors, ce qui était figé peut recommencer à circuler. »
Bert Hellinger.
Séance de groupe
Participating in a family constellation group sessionmeans entering a space where the invisible takes shape, where ancient stories are revealed without words, carried by bodies and feelings.
It all begins with an intention. One person—the one who “constellates”—briefly shares what they are experiencing, what seems to repeat or weigh heavily for no apparent reason. There’s no need to say everything; the essential is already present.
Then, the other participants become representatives: a father, a mother, a forgotten child, a buried secret… or even larger forces, like fear, love, or destiny. Placed in the space, they allow themselves to be moved by emotions that are not their own, yet animate them. Without thinking, they feel, move, and reveal what was hidden.
This is where the movement begins. The facilitator adjusts and guides, like mending a poorly woven fabric. Sometimes, a few words are enough to break a generational burden. Sometimes, a simple glance restores everyone to their rightful place.
Whether you are the one constellating or a representative, the experience leaves a mark. What unfolds for one often resonates in another. A gesture, a phrase, a release… and an entire balance begins to shift.
A constellation is much more than a therapeutic exercise. It is a living experience, mirror where the soul recognizes itself, a space where the story can finally breathe differently.
Themes
Family constellations help shed light on hidden dynamicsand invisible legacies that influence our lives. They provide a space to understand and release what hinders our path.
- Repetitive patterns in love — Always the same stories, the same breakups, the same wounds… what if the source is older than you?
- Finding your rightful place — In family, at work, in relationships… restoring balance to be fully yourself.
- Unresolved family conflicts — Persistent tensions and misunderstandings that take root and repeat across generations.
- Feeling stuck, like stuck in the mud — Moving forward without really progressing, weighed down by an invisible burden.
- Relationships with children or parents — Too distant, too close, too many silences or too many words… how to restore a healthier connection?
- Unexplained emotions — Anxiety, sadness, anger… what if they don’t entirely belong to you?
- Grief and difficult losses — Absences that still weigh, departures that never found peace.
- A body that speaks — Pain, illnesses, unexplained disorders… what if your body carries someone else’s story?
- Lack of confidence, deep insecurity — A vague feeling of not being “enough,” not fully deserving your place.
- Difficulty choosing or committing — As if every decision is a maze with no way out.
- Limiting beliefs — “I will never succeed,” “I don’t deserve it,” “It’s not for me”… inherited phrases it’s time to dismantle.
- Self-sabotage, destructive behaviors — Repeating the same mistakes over and over without understanding why.
Each theme carries its own story and key.In constellations, it’s not just about understanding but about feeling, readjusting, and transforming.
“In constellations, the symptom is not the enemy. It is a messenger. It shows us that something has been interrupted, forgotten, or carried in place of another. The process consists in allowing the system to speak its truth, to restore a fairer order, and to give each one what belongs to them.”
Franz Ruppert.
